W.J. Parnis England Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main Duties:
- Posting of purchases invoices and credit notes;
- Reconciliation of Creditors’ statements;
- Allocation of Debtors’ payments;
- Preparation of Debtors’ payments bank deposits;
- Reconciliation of Cash Sheets from Commercial departments containing cash/cheques and expenses and allocation of same debtors’ cash/cheque payments;
- Chasing of Debtors’ for payments by sending statements and follow-ups by communication via e-mails and/or phone calls;
- Checking of profit and loss on the individual voyages/transactions;
- Opening of mail and distribution of same mails to its respective recipients;
- + ad hoc office duties relating to accounts
- Salary dependent on past experience - in the range of Euros 21000-24000 p.a.
*Higher salary for more experienced candidates will also be considered.
