Our client a leading CSP is looking for an Accounts Associate to join their team. The chosen candidate will benefit from excellent exposure to a dynamic portfolio of clients that the firm holds. The duties and seniority of the position will be adapted according to one's background.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of financial transactions for corporate clients, handling invoicing, payments, and reconciliations efficiently.
  • Maintain well-organized and accurate client financial records, ensuring precision in all transactions.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and effectively regarding their financial matters.
  • Manage the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments on behalf of clients.
  • Monitor and oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver precise financial reports, including tailored balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist clients in leveraging financial data for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure clients' financial activities comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Prepare VAT/tax returns and other essential financial documents for clients.
  • Prepare necessary financial documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.
  • Support clients during audit processes by providing accurate financial information.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as corporate secretarial and legal teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to address financial needs and concerns effectively.
  • Manage payroll processing for multiple clients, including accurate calculations, deductions, and adjustments.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Previous local experience in a client accounting function
  • Able to effectively work in a team and meet deadlines
Education and Experience
  • Fully-qualified or in the last stages of ACCA or equivalent
