Job Vacancy: Application Support Specialist
Ascent Software is looking to recruit an Application Support Specialist. The position involves working in a team to provide user and technical support for software applications for our international customers.
The role will mainly involve remote support over telephone and VOIP calls, emails and support portals. There might be on-site support visits as well.
Applicants must ideally have experience in a similar position but the most important requirement is a passion for technology, software, and quality customer service.
The successful candidate will have good troubleshooting skills and the ability to think outside of the box. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese as well as a good working knowledge of MS Windows are required. Previous experience in an ICT service desk, knowledge of SQL, MS SharePoint and/or Dynamics CRM will be considered an asset.
