Job Vacancy: Digital, E-Commerce & Corporate Communication Executive

Nestle Group are looking to recruit a Digital, E-Commerce & Corporate Communication Executive. If you are a dynamic and experienced marketing professional who possess a mixture of flair for creativity, strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills willing to support our Marketing and Corporate Communication team and share our passion for our brands

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional effort to drive Digital & E-commerce agenda at Market level. You will support the Communication Director in his/her responsibility for Nestle in-the-Market Corporate and brand communication, provide functional support in communication and creative agency relationship, support the development of the company image in line with stated ambition.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage, develop and maintain a high-level standard of consumer service namely via the Nestlé Consumer Centre, including Budgeting;
  • Develop, update and execute local digital strategy in alignment with global digital roadmap (including social media and crisis management);
  • Informed decision making based on assessing new consumer/shopper trends through real-time data mining and interpretation of data;
  • Contribute to a favourable external positioning of Nestlé’s leadership in Digital (consistent with EBM industry recognition objective) and E-Commerce;
  • Maximise business value by using digital to drive cross-functional collaboration, sharing and where appropriate integration;
  • Facilitate/coordinate consumer real-time interactions (CRM, social media platforms, etc.);
  • Delivery and execution of digital best practices and frameworks (via training, online sharing platforms and other means);
  • Select & Manage key partners, agencies, suppliers and platforms (Digital & E-Commerce);
  • Be the NHW Corporate Champion and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted leader in NHW;
  • Ultimate responsibility for the development of outstanding creative work aligned with Nestlé communication principles. Aligns with both creative and media agencies/vendors on creation of content (including video assets & websites);
  • Define and implement the annual plan of External & Internal communication, coordinating different communication channels to ensure consistency of messages;
  • Develop and maintain positive reputation of Nestlé with consumers via different channels, including digital & social media, and create a modus operandi for evaluation

Education and experience:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role. Experience within FMCG as an Asset;
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or any other equivalent marketing related qualification
  • Experience in leveraging social media and digital marketing initiatives as a part of a broader integrated campaign an asset
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player to achieve common goals
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
