Are you looking to break into the igaming industry?  Do you want to be part of a collaborative team?  Paddy Power Betfair is currently recruiting for a number of Full-time Temporary Customer Service Agents!  This temporary project is due to commence in January 2017 and is scheduled for completion in April 2017.  Good News!!! - for a lucky few, there may be a possibility of this temporary assignment becoming a permanent gig!  

Role Summary
Customer Service Agents are the first point of contact for Paddy Power Betfair customers and are responsible for answering any customer enquiries through chat, phone, email and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build & develop strong customer relationships
  • Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the on-going development and improvement of the Paddy Power Betfair customer experience
  • Achieve a high level of first time resolution for all customer contacts

Must have:
  • Full eligibility to work in Malta
  • Happy to work mixed shifts between 6:30am – 3:30am across weekdays and weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult customers
  • High level of customer service orientation, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution
