Customer Care Agent (Swedish, Dutch or Japanese speaking) - Shift basis

In this Customer Care Agent job based in Malta, you will be providing superior game experience to customers with the aim to build and improve customer value, satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting to the Regional Country Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing and supporting player relationships via email and live chat
  • Supporting and contributing to the company’s CRM infrastructure
  • Seeking resolutions to customers’ queries and issues
  • Receiving, handling and translating customers’ KYC documents
  • Participating in the planning of customer engagement initiatives
  • Monitoring campaigns and promotions across all customer touch points
  • Acting as a point of contact to the Regional Country Manager



  • Previous experience in customer care is required
  • Experience in iGaming would be considered an asset



  • Native level of Swedish, Dutch or Japanese along with a good command of the English language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Content writing skills and the ability to write creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
