Aftersales Coordinator (Automotive)

As Aftersales Coordinator, your role will cover a range of responsibilities related to the aftersales service and sales administration functions. Your duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer queries and requests over the phone, email and in person

  • Promoting sales through providing estimates for labour, parts and accessories

  • Communicating relevant information to clients about the maintenance and repair needs identified during the service appointment process

  • Working closely with the Technical Staff  addressing job status and changes

  • Liaising with the Parts Department to make sure stock is maintained and parts are ordered on time

  • Creating service contracts and agreements for Sales Department

  • Compiling documentation, issuing sales invoices  and applying for Tenders

  • Handling customer files for processing

  • Assisting in other Sales Administration duties as needed

Education & Experience

The vacancy requires:

  • Minimum Advanced Level of education

  • A passion for cars and the automotive industry

  • Previous experience working within a Customer Service position

  • Good word processing and IT skills

  • A technical background will be considered an asset


  • A team player with a hands on approach to work

  • Excellent customer service and good problem solving skills

  • Organised, practical and trustworthy

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Maltese
