An interesting opportunity as an Accounts Clerk is currently available.

As an Accounts Clerk you shall be responsible for:

  • issuing invoices based on proforma invoices arising from the UK office;
  • ensuring references to Incoterms are done accurately;
  • factoring of receivables and ensuring that all data in this regard is recorded correctly;
  • assisting in bookkeeping requirements, maintaining the cash ledger as well as bank and cash reconciliations

Education & Experience:

  • You shall have at least an A' Level standard of education or achieved the AAT Diploma;
  • Previous experience in a basic accounting role shall be considered an asset. Alternatively, a sound administrative background supporting the finance function shall be favourably considered.

Skills:

  • The successful candidate shall be extremely organised and meticulous, with a good eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing are essential for this role.
  • You shall be a self starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
