Job Vacancy: Accounts Clerk

The Client:

Our client, a turnkey contractor specialised in finishes and installations, is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day functions within the accounting section
  • Compiling reports as required
  • Maintaining Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Bank and Credit card reconciliations
  • Analysing present procedures and if necessary improve or create others, implement and maintain them
  • Postings, payments and general accounting work
  • Invoicing & Issuing payments
  • Petty cash
  • Preparation of documentation requested from Auditors
  • Assisting in ad-hoc tasks as required
  • A-Level standard of Education
  • Previous experience in an Accounting position
  • Good Command of Excel is required
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
